What Nutritional Values Can Bearded Dragons Get from Eating Mint Leaves?

When feeding bearded dragons with greens, there are things you need to consider first. The most important thing is the nutritional value that beardies can get from eating green.
Specifically, pay attention to the amount of acid, calcium, phosphorus, water, protein, fat, sugar, and fiber content. These minerals and nutrients will potentially have an adverse effect on the bearded dragons’ health.
And the most important thing you need to pay attention to when considering greens for bearded dragons is the calcium-to-phosphorus ratio. The ideal ratio is 2:1. I don’t feed my bearded dragons with greens that have a disproportionate ratio for calcium to phosphorus.
